RTEC depends on volunteers to do a large variety of jobs.

The three primary categories are Property management, Horse care and lesson assistants.

-Property Management: Mowing, weeding, fence repair, painting etc…
-Horse care: (Previous horse experience preferred) Clean stalls, groom horses, assist with feeding and shifting from stall to pastures.
Lesson Assistants
-Horse leader: Responsible for leading the horse during the lessons. Previous horse experience required.
-Side walker: Walks along side the rider during the lesson to provide support and to assist with emergency dismounts.

If you are interested in volunteering your time to assist Raemelton please call and ask about our Volunteer orientations and applications. Orientations will be held at least four times a year. Orientation times will be posted here as soon as their are made.
